Im in my senior year and its getting on my nerves the fact that I don't know where to go. Everything's expensive, I am a Portuguese but I wasn't raised in Portugal, and I don't even consider myself portuguese, so I don't really wanna go to Portugal to study, but I'm running out of options because everywhere else (for example, I really wanted to go to the States to study but the tuition is extremely high), and all I wanna know is where can I study, which universities are cheaper, and have english as their language at least, and where are the best universities that are cheap? I don't even know how to ask this question, because I've been asking it over and over again, and I always get the same dumb answer, and I really hope that someone could help me!
