Open Question: Will I have better job opportunity by taking a masters degree in the place where I plan on living?

I plan on living in the States but I have not enough money to pay the tuition to go to college in the States, so I'll do my license degree in Portugal, then I was planning on doing a masters degree in the States, so that it would widen my chances for job opportunities in the States, in order for me to live there. I'm in my senior year, year 12 in our school system (Portuguese), but I really wanted to live in States. So while I'm doing my license degree (which I still dunno what major, and if you'd like to help me with this, then please do, what are the majors that would give me more job opportunities in the States), I was planning on earning enough money to do the masters degree in a University in the States.
